About us

Build to Suit supplies a "style construct" technique to building and construction that speeds the shipment of jobs, guarantees quality and minimizes cost. We hand-select the designer that will best fit the client's requirements. In turn, we obtain engineers and subcontractors, who do their design in combination with the architect for a common objective. With consumer input, we handle every action of style, while monitoring cost and schedule. Once construction begins, we manage progress, quality and last delivery, including close-out documents, commissioning and a one year service warranty.

Exciting progress is underway at the former Story County Medical Center in Nevada, IA! We are proud to be transforming this familiar landmark into 60 new housing systems, bringing fresh chances to the community. Residents are anticipated to move in next year. A Desire Granted! ⭐ Ella, a brave cancer survivor and child of our colleague Chad Houge, recently had her desire granted by Make-A-Wish Iowa - a remarkable journey to Estes Park, CO with her household. This minute reminds us that hope, durability, and community make all the distinction. We're honored to back up Chad and his family, and we're incredibly grateful to Big Grove Brewery in Cedar Rapids, IA for hosting the event that assisted make Ella's wish a truth. Here's to Ella - for her strength, her smile, and the journey ahead. ❤ Shoot from the Heart 2025. We just recently completed a Rec Room renovation for our buddies at Ronald McDonald House Charities, changing the space into a warm, inviting retreat for families. This upgrade functions: ➡ Modern, comfortable furnishings ➡ A mix of open event areas and quiet nooks ➡ A lively custom wall covering and area carpet ➡ Interactive games on the walls and tables These thoughtful touches intend to create a space where families can relax, reset, and feel supported. This week we had the chance to host Spencer, a recent Regina High School graduate, for a task shadow experience at BTS. He spent time both in the workplace and out on the job website, providing him a well-rounded, hands-on appearance at how a task comes together from start to end up. We're always happy to support students who are pursuing professions in the building and construction industry. It's a benefit to partner with Regina High School and assist present students like Spencer to real-world experience in the field. We wish him all the very best as he heads to the University of Northern Iowa to study Construction Management! As we show on Memorial Day, we're reminded of the sacrifices made by those who served - and the value of supporting those who continue to answer the call. ❤ We just recently completed a tenant improvement job for the United States Army in Iowa City, IA. This 1,700+ square foot area will act as a recruitment office and consists of an open workplace location, a training room, the Section Chief's workplace, and bathrooms. This project is a strong example of our team's capability to deliver top quality, practical areas that support meaningful missions in our neighborhoods. Thank you to the United States Army for the opportunity to contribute to your ongoing efforts both in your area and nationwide!
