KL University has added another feather to its cap by earning multiple prestigious awards at the AICTE-EduSkills Conclave & Awards 2025. The event was held in Shimla from September 17 to 19 and recognized exceptional contributions in skilling, innovation, and industry-academic collaboration.
KL University secured the All India Rank 4, and both Vijayawada and Hyderabad campuses were recognized as Best Performing Universities in the South-Central Zone, reaffirming KLU’s leadership in imparting future-focused education.
Demonstrating excellence in technology and innovation, KL University was also conferred with the AI Skilling Excellence Award 2025 for its forward-thinking approach to preparing students for careers in artificial intelligence and emerging technologies.
KL University's commitment to practical learning and industry relevance was further highlighted as it won Best Performing Institute Awards for:
- AICTE–EduSkills Virtual Internship Programs
- Juniper Networks Internship Domain
- Microchip Internship Domain
Further, the university's Centers of Excellence were honored for their impactful initiatives, such as the Juniper Networks AI-Driven Campus Developer Program and Microchip Embedded Systems Developer Program, showcasing partnerships with leading global tech organizations.
Individual excellence was also recognized, which solidifies KLU’s position as a top university in South India.

- Dr. P. V. Vara Prasad from KL Hyderabad received the 5 Years of Service Award as EduSkills CoE Coordinator/SPOC
